In 2018, NBC made a bold decision to bring the World Cup to Palestine, in collaboration with us we organized a monumental event that captured the hearts of thousands. Taking full responsibility for every aspect, from the World Cup’s arrival to its departure, we orchestrated a day-long extravaganza from 10 am to 10 pm. Recognizing the immense passion for football within the Palestinian community, we aimed not only to entertain but also to unify and inspire through this global spectacle. This event was meticulously planned to include screening of matches, interactive games, cultural performances, and opportunities for fans to get up close with the World Cup, fostering an unforgettable experience that resonated deeply with attendees.

Being a first-time occurrence in Palestine, it required meticulous planning and adherence to international standards to ensure its success as a global event. One of the primary challenges was ensuring adequate security measures were in place for the World Cup trophy and all participants, considering the high-profile nature of the event. Managing logistics for allowing thousands of attendees to take photos with the trophy also proved to be complex, requiring careful crowd control and operational planning process. Additionally, FIFA had very strict standards and measures that we had to abide by, with no room for mistakes, ensuring every aspect of the event met their rigorous requirements.

We devised contingency plans to ensure stringent security for the World Cup trophy and orchestrated smooth logistical operations for the 10,000 attendees participating in photo opportunities. Our collaboration with Coca Cola not only showcased their expertise in event planning but also earned them top recognition in Palestine for organizing excellence in 2013 and 2018. Throughout the planning process, we maintained a steadfast commitment to meeting and surpassing world-class event standards, aiming to set a new benchmark for cultural and sporting events in Palestine. During the World Cup event, we ensured its success by orchestrating a full-day affair from 10 am to 10 pm. Attracting 10,000 attendees eager to photograph the trophy. We set up interactive game tents themed around the World Cup, specifically for children and families, and organized giveaways and strategically placed branding throughout the venue.

Results

NBC Coca Cola’s victory in securing the award of “Best World Cup Trophy Tour Activation” for the years 2013 and 2018. Giving NBC increased visibility considering it is the peak of football competitions. Highlighting our expertise in organizing large-scale events and cementing our reputation as leaders in cultural and sporting event management in Palestine.
